By way of background: I am a certified sommelier from the Associazione Italiana Sommelier (AIS) and a published wine writer.
In 2017 I founded The Brussels Wine Club with some colleagues sommeliers and other wine lovers. We became the Belgian branch of the AIS. In 2021 I have moved and now focus on this blog.
I now live in London even though, as the name of this blog suggests, I travel a lot and report on my wine experiences from around the world.
My methodology to taste and evaluate wines and pairings is that of the AIS.
